About Me

A woman with shoulder-length wavy brown hair, wearing a black button-up shirt, sitting indoors with a large green plant and a blurred colorful painting in the background.

As a parent and former actor with over thirty years working in the creative arts, I understand that our identities are constantly shifting. I know the pressure of handling competing demands—struggling to stay present, managing expectations, and negotiating care for yourself and others all at once. I believe developing self-awareness and self-acceptance is the first step towards balance and growth. It’s not always easy to give ourselves the same grace we offer others. Here’s where I can help.

Therapy with me is collaborative—you'll feel supported and challenged to stretch beyond your comfort zone. We’ll explore the patterns holding you back, then focus on practical tools that help you feel change and build resilience. I offer relational, holistic, trauma-informed approaches that emphasize your strengths and foster self-compassion. I promote self-discovery, inviting you to actively invest in your own well-being with ongoing curiosity and honesty. My style is warm, direct, and non-judgmental. And I encourage humor whenever possible because laughter is more healing than we realize. Together, we’ll use the space as an opportunity for you to slow down and reconnect with yourself so you can move forward with clarity, hope, and peace.

The life you want is possible.
